Reports are sketchy but it appears that armed palestinians (and not it looks most likely that they were Hamas/Islamic Jihad) followed two Israeli young men and an Israeli girl and shot and killed the young men while the young girl fled.
Thankfully, one of the gunman has been killed by Israeli security forces and the hunt for the other continues.
Hopefully, every single one will be found and dealt with. Look for Hamas and/or to claim responsibility in a couple of days as "retribution" for some leader killed.

Two Israelis murdered by Palestinian gunmen near Hebron Friday

Three sightseers, two young men and a girl, were followed by armed Palestinians, who opened fire on the road outside Telem, close to the West Bank-Israel border Friday afternoon. The men were shot. The girl ran away and called for help. Security forces rushed to the scene are scouring the area for the killers, against resistance from local Palestinians. One of the gunmen was shot dead and his accomplice was injured.
